2. Project Execution for AC and DC side part, Involving Plant Commissioning Activities & Material follow up as per MTS.
3. Timely execution & Final Handover to end client.

Job Context:
1. To deliver the project within an agreed time and budget
2. Assessment of the involved risks for schedule and budget & plan mitigation strategies accordingly
3. To independently lead and manage the engineering function, coordinate and manage the design and Engineering works
4. To manage the design issues during construction phase and ensure compliance.
Major Challenges:
1. Engineering related issues (i.e. Delay in drawing approval, revision in drawings during execution phase)
2. Timely availability of skilled manpower & machineries
3. Project Completion within the schedule.
